Should I go to the hospital?

I'm getting bad nausea, headaches and dizziness. I really feel like I'm going to pass out, and I'm extremely tired! I got a lot of sleep and everything. I took my daily pills and those aren't helping, I took some tums and those aren't helping. I went to my doctors and he said I'm getting all the symptoms of epilepsy. I go into a daze sometimes, and I have double vision. I got blood work done and my results came back that everything is normal. I also had an MRI done a few days ago but the results haven't came back. I'm about ready to go to the hospital because I can't stand this. I don't want to have to suffer for the next couple of weeks or something! Should I just go to the next town over's hospital? I've been to my town's so many times and complained for this but they won't do anything!
